Head Chef – Exciting New Opening in Surrey

Little & Large Pub Company is looking for an ambitious and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at an exciting new site in Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing independent pub company and play a key role in shaping the food offer, building a strong kitchen team and creating a destination known for exceptional food and warm hospitality.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Is passionate about fresh, seasonal British food
  • Can lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team
  • Understands food costs, GP, labour control and stock management
  • Maintains excellent standards of food safety, organisation and cleanliness
  • Enjoys being involved in menu development and creating exciting dishes
  • Thrives in a busy, quality-led pub environment
