Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:
NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a salon management role.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Solid understanding of HR best practices and team development.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
In-depth knowledge of salon health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Competency in managing salon operations, compliance, and stock control.
