Your Duties
Support the Business Growth Manager with new store openings, including liaising with contractors and suppliers.
Attend business meetings and assist in follow-up tasks.
Communicate with stores and suppliers via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately across departments.
Log internal communications and store requests accurately.
Request and collect information from stores regularly and record on internal trackers.
Run, distribute, and interpret reports from Stockade and Medallia, including:
KPI reports
NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Cashier Hourly Sales
POS Journal Reports
Perform general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.

Academically capable with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Positive attitude and the determination to see tasks through to completion
Clear, confident, and professional telephone manner, with excellent communication skills
Reliable, dedicated, and flexible, with a proactive approach to multitasking
Highly organised, with keen attention to detail and time management
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
(Essential due to limited public transport)
