Details

  • Hours: 40 hours per week;
  • Monday- Friday.
  • Working patterns could be as follows: 7am-3.30pm, 8am - 4:30pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Your Duties

  • Support the Business Growth Manager with new store openings, including liaising with contractors and suppliers.

  • Attend business meetings and assist in follow-up tasks.

  • Communicate with stores and suppliers via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately across departments.

  • Log internal communications and store requests accurately.

  • Request and collect information from stores regularly and record on internal trackers.

  • Run, distribute, and interpret reports from Stockade and Medallia, including:

    • KPI reports

    • NPS (Net Promoter Score)

    • Cashier Hourly Sales

    • POS Journal Reports

  • Perform general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Academically capable with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Positive attitude and the determination to see tasks through to completion

  • Clear, confident, and professional telephone manner, with excellent communication skills

  • Reliable, dedicated, and flexible, with a proactive approach to multitasking

  • Highly organised, with keen attention to detail and time management

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
    (Essential due to limited public transport)
