Full Time Position – £27,000 per annum

Shifts are between 6.00am and 10.30pm

Your role in our family:

• As a Lead Concierge -  You're responsible to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Spa concierge team.
• Regularly update and monitor the booking and appointment system to ensure maximum productivity.   
• To provide our guests with first class hospitality, providing advice and guidance on treatments, retail products and fitness classes; making bookings and supporting the Spa Therapists in providing a truly luxurious experience.
• To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly maintaining a high level of customer service.
• To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and answering the phone to ensure the smooth running of the reception areas

• Experience in a similar role 
• Exceptional communication skills are essential, including a fluent level of English
• Working 8 hours a day including weekends and bank holidays - Shifts are between 6.00am and 10.30pm
