Full-Time Position (40 hours) – £27,000 per annum 

Shifts: Between 6:00 am – 10:30 pm, including weekends & bank holidays.

Your Role in Our Family: 

As Spa Supervisor, you will be at the heart of delivering an outstanding guest experience, while guiding and motivating the team to achieve the highest standards. 

You will: 

• Lead and support the spa team to create exceptional guest journeys 
• Deliver 5* customer service through expert communication and a warm professional manner 
• Manage membership enquiries and guest show rounds with confidence 
• Ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment across all spa and leisure areas 
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with discretion and efficiency 
• Support check-ins for spa days and overnight packages 
• Foster strong team communication and collaboration 
• Offer regular performance support and guidance to all operational staff 
• Undertake any reasonable tasks requested by the Assistant Spa Managers or Spa Director 

•  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a 4 or 5-star spa or hospitality setting 
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

Desirable (but not essential): 

• First Aid and Emergency Responder qualified 
• Pool Plant trained
