As an Elite Therapist, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the spa team. While fully qualified to deliver exceptional therapeutic, holistic and beauty treatments, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily spa operation, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both guests and team members. You will act as a key point of support for the therapist team, proactively resolving challenges, maintaining standards, and ensuring the day runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your Role in Our Family:

• Oversee the day-to-day spa operation, ensuring smooth service flow and an exceptional guest journey
• Act as the main support for therapists throughout the day, assisting with any operational or guest-related needs
• Lead by example, promoting professionalism, flexibility and a positive team culture
• Deliver treatments to the highest standard in line with partner training guidelines (stepping in when required to support the team or resolve service gaps)
• Carry out thorough verbal and written client consultations when performing treatments
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, hygiene and stock to company standards
• Ensure guests receive maximum benefit from treatments, including correct time allocation
• Support retail performance and achieve targets set by the Spa Director
• Assist with guest enquiries, bookings, front-of-house support and administration when required
• Actively engage in training, development and team support
• Support and motivate the therapist team, acting as a key point of contact throughout the shift
• Assist with complaint handling in consultation with Spa Management

What Would Make You the Perfect Fit?

• Beauty Therapy or Holistic Therapy NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• A confident, warm and welcoming personality
• Proven ability to support, guide and motivate a team
• A natural desire to exceed the expectations of guests and colleagues
