Henrietta Hotel opened in 2017, right in the heart of bustling Covent Garden. A haven nestled away from the busy streets outside, Henrietta is comprised of 40 rooms divided into two buildings. In the summer of 2024, renowned British chef Jackson Boxer took the helm of the restaurant, reimagining the food offering against the backdrop of a full restaurant redesign. Expect nods to their Parisian heritage and the city’s famed bistros, as well as to Covent Garden’s rich history. Taking inspiration from London’s continental neighbours, the menu at Henri reflects the culinary traditions and timeless appeal of a Parisian bistro, serving Jackson’s take on French classics alongside signature Experimental cocktails.

Based in: Covent Garden, London

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Linen and Laundry Management

  • Handle the removal and collection of used laundry from guest rooms and housekeeping areas.
  • Sort and count linen and towels for collection by the external laundry company.
  • Ensure sufficient linen stock levels are maintained for daily operations.
  • Check all laundry items in and out, ensuring documentation is accurate and completed correctly.

Linen Room Organisation

  • Keep the linen room organised, clean, and well maintained.
  • Ensure linen and supplies are stored correctly and safely.

Housekeeping Support

  • Support the housekeeping team with cleaning duties when required.
  • Assist with moving furniture when needed.

Public Area Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, corridors, and public spaces in line with company standards.
  • Report any technical issues, damages, or maintenance concerns to the Housekeeping Manager.

Guest Service

  • Greet hotel guests and respond politely to any questions or requests.
  • Follow the correct procedures for handling lost property.
