What You’ll Do
As the Director of Franchise Sales, you will play a pivotal
role in driving franchise expansion, recruiting top-tier franchise partners,
and ensuring sustainable brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Growth Strategy & Sales
Execution
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to
drive franchise growth and exceed annual targets.
- Identify, qualify, and recruit franchisees who
align with our brand’s culture, values, and financial requirements.
- Manage the entire franchise sales process—from
initial inquiry to deal closure—including presentations, financial evaluations,
and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
to identify high-potential markets and franchise opportunities.
- Collaborate with real estate and operations
teams to assess market potential and select sites for new franchise locations.
- Lead Generation & Relationship
Management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of
prospective franchisees through networking, digital marketing, broker
relationships, and industry events.
- Develop compelling marketing strategies and
materials to attract top-tier franchise candidates.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both
potential and existing franchisees, ensuring a seamless and positive
experience.
- Represent the brand at franchise expos, trade
shows, and industry conferences.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales
progress, and franchise agreements using CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior
leadership, including franchise sales data, pipeline activity, and market
trends.
- Continuously refine the sales process to improve
efficiency, increase conversion rates, and drive sustainable growth.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in franchise sales, with
a proven track record of successfully building and scaling franchise systems.
- Expertise in franchise development, sales
strategies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting,
budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience managing franchise documentation,
contracts, and legal compliance.
- Skilled in business case modeling, forecasting,
and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment.

- Collaborating with the President and VP of
Franchise Operations to refine strategies.
- Representing the brand at industry events,
franchise expos, and investment forums.
- Driving revenue growth and achieving (or
exceeding!) annual franchise sales goals.
- Monitoring the financial health of franchisees
to support system-wide stability and expansion.
