Hiddenwell

Find the people who will shape the future of Hiddenwell

At Hiddenwell, we believe exceptional experiences start with exceptional people.

We’re growing, evolving and entering an exciting new chapter — and we’re looking for a passionate Group Talent Acquisition Lead to help us build the teams who will bring that future to life.

This is much more than a recruitment role.

You’ll be at the heart of how Hiddenwell grows, partnering with our leaders to understand where we’re going, the people we need to get there and the culture we want to create along the way.

From attracting talented individuals to our established destinations, to building talent pipelines for exciting new openings and developments, you’ll help ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

And because our brand is all about how people feel, you’ll make sure that experience starts from the very first interaction with Hiddenwell.

About Hiddenwell

Hiddenwell is a collection of award-winning spa and hotel destinations, created around a simple idea: helping people feel good.

Our destinations are places to switch off, reconnect, celebrate and spend time well.

We believe in warmth, individuality, positivity and excellence — values that shape the experience we create for our guests and, just as importantly, the experience we create for our people.

We want people to bring their personality, flair and passion to work.

We want our teams to feel proud of where they work and empowered to create experiences that guests remember.

And we know that starts with attracting the right people and giving them an experience that makes them want to join us.

The opportunity

As our Group Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll take ownership of recruitment across the Hiddenwell group working alongside our Head of Talent & Culture, working closely with our senior leaders, Heads of Department and hiring managers across our destinations.

You’ll become a trusted talent partner to the business — understanding our growth plans, anticipating our people requirements and developing creative ways to find the talent we need.

You’ll lead recruitment from attraction through to onboarding, ensuring every stage is professional, engaging and aligned to our brand.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting our new openings, developments and growth plans, creating talent pipelines early and ensuring our properties are equipped with brilliant people before they open their doors.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves recruitment but thinks beyond filling vacancies.

Someone who understands that great recruitment is about finding people who can deliver the brand, live the values and make a genuine difference to the guest and colleague experience.

Talent attraction with purpose

We want to move beyond traditional recruitment.

You’ll bring creativity, energy and fresh thinking to how we attract talent — building our employer brand, developing compelling recruitment campaigns and using modern talent attraction methods to reach people who may not yet know Hiddenwell.

You’ll create engaging job adverts and campaigns that make people want to work with us.

You’ll build relationships and talent communities rather than simply waiting for applications.

And you’ll continually look at what the data is telling us — where our best people are coming from, where we’re losing candidates and how we can make the experience better.

Our people. Our brand. Our future.

At Hiddenwell, recruitment is a key part of our brand experience.

You’ll help us build teams who understand our values and have the personality, capability and passion to deliver them.

Our values of Warmth, Individuality, Positivity and Excellence should be visible in every part of the candidate journey.

You’ll champion:

Warmth — making every candidate feel welcomed, valued and respected.

Individuality — finding people with personality, flair and authenticity who can bring something unique to Hiddenwell.

Positivity — creating an energising recruitment experience that reflects the culture we want to build.

Excellence — maintaining exceptional standards throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.

What you’ll lead

You’ll support the Group recruitment function, including:

  • Recruitmenting across the Hiddenwell group, aligned to business plans, budgets and future growth.
  • Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
  • Developing proactive recruitment strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Coaching interviewers and ensuring our selection processes are fair, robust and consistent.
  • Developing recruitment tools, processes and standards that enable the business to recruit brilliantly and efficiently.
  • Managing and developing relationships with recruitment agencies and other external talent partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records through our ATS and ensuring all recruitment documentation is completed correctly.
  • Ensuring Right to Work checks, references and pre-employment documentation are completed appropriately.
  • Delivering ATS training and support to Heads of Department and hiring managers.
  • Analysing recruitment data, including vacancies, time to hire, sources, starters and leavers, and providing meaningful monthly reporting.
  • Using recruitment insight and data to continuously improve our approach.
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment trends, talent attraction techniques, employment legislation and best practice.
  • Maintaining your own professional development and CPD.
  • Ensuring recruitment activity consistently reflects Hiddenwell’s values, employment standards and commitment to an exceptional people experience.

We’d love to meet you if…
