We share a passion for great hospitality, standout experiences and operational excellence. We look for people who bring passion, positivity and individuality, and provide the support and opportunities to develop and grow.

As Hiddenwell continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Expansion Projects Manager & Technical Lead to help shape and deliver the technology behind our new and transformed properties.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Expansion Projects Manager & Technical Lead to lead the technology delivery behind our hotel and spa property projects.

You’ll take ownership of IT projects from initial site assessment through refurbishment and transformation to go-live and operational handover, ensuring each property has secure, reliable and scalable technology.

This is a hands-on role combining technical leadership, project management and commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading IT delivery for property closures, refurbishments, transformations and reopenings
  • Managing technology projects from initial assessment through to go-live and post-opening support
  • Assessing technology at new properties, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Managing project plans, budgets, milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Leading the implementation of key hotel technology, including PMS, POS, payments, Wi-Fi, networks, telephony and digital guest services
  • Overseeing infrastructure, connectivity, cloud, endpoints and cybersecurity requirements
  • Ensuring properties meet our technology, security and compliance standards
  • Coordinating integrations with wider HR, finance, CRM/CDP, LMS and data systems
  • Working closely with Property teams, General Managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
  • Managing technology suppliers, contractors and implementation partners, ensuring quality and value for money
  • Leading testing, UAT, cutover and IT readiness ahead of property openings
  • Providing technical leadership during go-live and post-opening stabilisation
  • Ensuring a smooth handover into BAU IT, including documentation, asset registers and support arrangements
  • Capturing lessons learned and improve technology standards and processes for future projects

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and project delivery experience, who is comfortable managing multiple projects, suppliers and stakeholders.

You’ll be able to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions and communicate confidently with both technical and operational teams.

Experience within hotels, hospitality, leisure or another multi-site environment would be advantageous, along with strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and business-critical systems.

As this is a group-wide role, you’ll need to be comfortable travelling to our hotel and spa properties when required.

Why Join Hiddenwell?

You’ll play an important role in the continued growth of Hiddenwell, helping shape how technology is delivered across our new and transformed properties.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence our technology standards, improve how we approach future openings and ensure our teams have the technology they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
