The hotel has recently undergone a £1.7m refurbishment including all bedrooms, front of house areas, and bar and restaurant. The Position:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as seasonal bar staff, on a full-time basis. As a vital part of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable time at Plockton Inn. The season runs to the end of October however, there may be an opportunity to extend based on business demand.
In this guest-facing role you
will be responsible for taking orders, delivering beverages and liaising with
the F&B team to ensure guests receive a high-level of service.
Duties include setting up the bar area before service, maintaining high-levels of cleanliness in and around the bar area, stock management and ordering.
The
role offers flexible shift patterns covering lunch and dinner service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to work in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
