What will I do? 

Responsible for all aspects of the reservations & event sales functions across 2 properties - DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon and Stratford Manor hotel; focusing on maximising bedroom, meeting & events revenue opportunities through both enquiries and confirmed bookings. Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, ensuring customers receive an outstanding service. 

Is this the role for me? 

Experience within a sales, account management or business development position 
Have worked in a hospitality environment would be preferred 
Strong people management  
Excellent communication and relationship building skills 
Stakeholder management experience  
KPI and target driven
