Spa Experience Host

Due to health and safety aspects of the job, applicants must be over the age of 18 years old.

We are looking for a friendly and passionate individual to join our Spa Experience Host team. Based in Hoar Cross Hall’ Spa team you will be providing a high standard of care and service to our guests across departments within the Spa.

Key Responsibilities will include:

·         Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

·         Supporting check-in and check-out within Spa

·         Providing poolside cover, completing pool tests and alarm checks, monitoring the safe use of the pool and spa area

·         Selling drinks within the café areas and around the spa

·         Completing all daily duties following the guide and training provided.

·         Being competent in the booking system and able to complete Treatments and Spa Day Bookings, drinks orders and Fitness class bookings.

Your skills and expertise:
Customer Service- 2 years minimum experience
Ideally you will have Leisure/ Pool experience, but this is not essential as training can be provided.

Working Pattern:
Full time – 5 days per week
Weekdays and weekends
Fully Flexible
Hours of work will be between 6am-10pm
