Location: Hoar Cross
Hall, Staffordshire
Contract Type: Part-Time (16-37.5 hours per week, with the
potential to progress to full-time)
Shifts: Monday - Sunday, alternate weekends off
Hours: Shifts between 9:00am and 8:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Hair Technician to join our luxury spa’s Hairdressing Department. You’ll deliver outstanding treatments and exceptional customer care, ensuring every guest leaves looking and feeling their best.
As part of our talented and friendly team, you’ll be responsible for providing a range of high-quality hair services, maintaining an immaculate salon environment, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering hair treatments to the highest professional and brand standards.
- Providing expert aftercare advice and product recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Achieving daily treatment and retail sales targets.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming salon environment.
- Greeting and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Handling bookings, phone calls, and guest enquiries confidently.
- Supporting your colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly.
- Following all company procedures, including health and safety guidelines and COSHH standards.
- Liaising with management regarding any guest feedback or departmental improvements.
- Being proactive in suggesting new ideas to enhance the guest experience and grow the department.
About You

- Fully qualified in hairdressing with experience in delivering exceptional guest care.
- Passionate about hair, style, and wellness.
- Professional, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Motivated to achieve targets and continually improve.
- Positive, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests.
