Role Specification:

• Ensure guest bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the required set standards, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, moping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Changing/making beds in line with the Housekeeping SOP.
• Assist in sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• Replenish amenities.
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
• Completing extra jobs as instructed by Housekeeping Supervisors, Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper. 
• Report any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper promptly.

Shift Patterns:

• 30 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7 per week
• Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
