Salary: £13.21 - £14.81 per hour

The Role:

As a member of our Therapy Team, you will play a crucial role in crafting the perfect experience for our guests to unwind and rejuvenate. You'll deliver luxurious spa treatments in our state-of-the-art facilities and become part of our award-winning team!

Key responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
• Provide excellent quality treatments, ensuring the highest level of customer care.
• Maintain a polite and courteous demeanour when interacting with guests.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Achieve sales and treatment targets.
• Ensure therapy rooms are kept comfortable, clean, and tidy.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide clients with personalised post-treatment advice and product recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest spa industry trends and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.

Person Specification:       

Essentials

• Level 3 Qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a hygienic and organised workspace.

Desirables

• Proficient in a variety of spa treatments and techniques.
• Previous experience working in a similar role or establishment.
• Experience with Voya/ Elemis products.

Further Information:         

• Part-time and Full-time opportunities available: Minimum 16 hours per week
• Requirement to work one weekend day per week.
• Rate of pay increases every 6 months for the first two years of service.
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
