We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef or CDP to join our Kitchen team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef or CDP that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality and would like to progress through the business.
High on a wooded ridge, the Hog’s Back Hotel’s distinctive façade has been a welcome sight for travellers on this road for generations.
Step inside and the accent is on classic comfort, from the stylish restaurant and bar to the 96 spacious, light-filled bedrooms. A high-spec spa and pool meanwhile invite relaxation – or invigoration in the Hog’s Back Leisure Club gym. The location could hardly be better. Historic Guildford and the Surrey Hills are on your doorstep, and some of the UK’s leading attractions are a short hop by car, from Legoland and royal Windsor to the thrills of Thorpe Park.
Duties will include:
· Preparing fresh dishes to specification guides, and with ingredients to standards set by the Head chef.
· Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety.
· Assist in the day to day running of the hotel kitchen.
· Run designated breakfast/ brunch section throughout the kitchen.
