We’re looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a hotel and/or leisure environment. You should have a Lifeguard Qualification and First Aid qualification, good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Duties and responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:

• To ensure the Spa delivers the minimum Hotel Standards / SOP at all times.  
• Ensure all standard checklists are used as prescribed
• Actively consider prevention, recovery and investigation of any complaints.
• Ensure good, up to date knowledge of the Spa products.
• To assist in the cleaning of the Spa and reporting any maintenance / Health and Safety matters as per policy.
• To support the Leisure and Spa Manager with preventative maintenance of the Front of House area
• To positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities
• Ensure you have an awareness and delivery of local and Company promotions and up-selling of departmental products and services.
