We have a great time delivering phenomenal nights out that include unrivalled private room karaoke, delicious drinks, and fantastic food. At Lucky Voice, we're constantly thinking about how to give people their favourite night out, including yourself. 

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our reservation system, take walk in bookings,  answers guests calls and direct our amazing floor staff to ensure our rooms look their very best at all times.

Yours is often the first and last face our guests see so you need to embody our company values as well as have a whole heap of fun.

A Receptionist should be proactive​ and passionate​ about their work. Hosts manage our booking systems so making sure who goes where for the right time and in the right place is crucial.

Please note this role does involve late night/early morning finishes.
