What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance and Grounds Team Leader, you will:

·       Lead and manage the on-park maintenance and grounds team

·       Carry out a wide range of practical tasks, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, weed spraying, tree works gritting, and general repairs

·       Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, and that compliance is followed at all times

·       Support the Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operations and help build a positive team culture

·       Take pride in the appearance and function of the park, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all

Who We’re Looking For

 Were seeking a confident capable team leader with hands-on experience in both maintenance and grounds care. Ideally, you’ll have:

·       2–3 years’ experience in maintenance and grounds roles

·       Multi-skilled tradesperson experience in both property maintenance and landscape work

·       Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team

·       Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices

·       A valid UK driving licence

·       Great customer service and interpersonal skills

·       Computer literacy with basic digital admin confidence
