What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing ingredients and setting up the kitchen before each service
- Working on different kitchen stations, learning essential chef skills
- Cooking and plating dishes to a high standard, ensuring every wedding meal is perfect
- Assisting with menu development and new ideas for dishes
- Maintaining top hygiene standards and ensuring a clean, organised kitchen
- Supporting the team during service and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Gaining valuable experience that will prepare you for future promotions
