About role

We’re looking for a Group Head of Membership who brings energy, drive and a genuine passion for people. Someone who leads with confidence and collaboration, inspiring their team to build strong relationships and create thriving, well-balanced communities across Home House and Home House Studio. This is a role for someone who enjoys shaping strategy and turning it into meaningful growth - from attracting new members to nurturing lasting connections. You’ll take the lead on membership acquisition and retention, ensuring the right mix of members across both clubs, while delivering against ambitious growth targets and aligning closely with our brand vision.

Why join us?

At Home House, how we work together matters. You’ll be part of a team that celebrates each other, learns from each other and takes pride in making every guest experience feel special.

Here’s what you can expect:

Be part of a happy team

We genuinely enjoy what we do and we look out for one another. You’ll join a supportive team where your contribution counts.

Grow your craft

Whether you’re guiding your team to achieve ambitious membership goals or exploring new ways to attract and retain the right mix of members, you’ll have the space to learn, grow and make your mark. This is a role where curiosity is encouraged, development is supported and your career can truly progress.

Room for personality

Home House is one of London’s most distinctive private members’ clubs. It’s lively, surprising and full of character, just like the people who work here.

High standards

We take pride in thoughtful service, beautiful detail and creating experiences that feel effortless and warm.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and Growth: Develop and deliver member acquisition and retention strategies across both clubs, aligning with brand and commercial objectives. Build and manage key B2B partnerships, identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and growth.

Partnerships and Collaboration: Lead relationships with strategic partners and internal teams, negotiating agreements and collaborating across marketing, events and commercial functions to maximise revenue and cross-selling opportunities.

Community and Member Experience: Curate a balanced, high-quality membership community, ensuring strong engagement, high retention and a visible presence within the clubs. Handle member matters with professionalism and care.

Performance and Reporting: Monitor and analyse performance across the membership pipeline, using CRM insights and data to track targets, identify trends and inform strategy, while ensuring GDPR compliance and budget control.

Leadership and Team Development: Lead, support and develop the membership team, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence, while ensuring adherence to processes, policies and performance expectations.

What we offer:

A friendly, inclusive workplace where you can be yourself.

Training, development and chances to grow your career.

Competitive salary, performance-based bonus and pension.

Health care cash-plan and Employee Assistance Programme.

Gym and retail discounts.

Complimentary meals on duty.

Access to both Home House and Home House Studio experiences.

Stream pay support.

Annual clothing allowance.

If this sounds like a place where you’d feel at home, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply and join us in making the magic happen.

Welcome Home.
