Home House

Home Grown
Located in the heart of Marylebone across four elegant Grade II-listed five story Georgian townhouses, Home Grown is a stylish private members’ Club for entrepreneurs.

The first of its kind, it brings together a diverse community of high growth entrepreneurs, investors and world class business leaders under one roof. The Club enables established business owners to grow their professional networks and scale-up their companies through collaboration with investors and like-minded individuals from around the world.

The role
We are recruiting a dynamic personality to join our HR team. The role reports into the HR Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- A background in HR.
- Experience of or an interest in the hospitality industry.
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality and due diligence.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
- Accurate and timely completion of the monthly pay cycle.
- Professional handling of employee relations issues.
- Strong administrative skills, from onboarding new team members to maintaining our workforce management systems and completing file audits.
- Knowledge of Fourth Hospitality and Harri.
- The ability to learn new software and IT systems with ease.
- Administration of statutory training and e-learning systems.
- Team engagement activities.
