Your purpose

Follow our Standard Operating Procedures consistently in order to maintain our standards of guest service and provide a warm welcome to each member and guest.

Aid guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner, including providing information and booking services.

Have complete knowledge of facilities, room rates, promotions and hours of operation across both Houses so that you can positively approach bedroom, room service and F&B outlet sales opportunities.

Handle all guest enquiries and special requests to standard, liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance when required.

Assist guests in a courteous and helpful manner, completing bedroom check-in procedures in full, offering cloakroom facilities and escorting guests to the relevant area of the House as required.

Strictly adhere to valuable items, left luggage and lost property procedures.

Effectively liaise with Housekeeping to advise them of departures, arrivals, extended stays and special requests.

Ensure each membership card is swiped and guests are signed in upon arrival.

When operating the telephones, always ensure that the lines are covered and calls forwarded efficiently.

Handle all reservation requests with care, following procedures in order to convert into bedroom, F&B outlet or events bookings.

Manage Alacer effectively to maximise bedroom bookings and covers, particularly at peak times.

Encourage and respond to guest feedback.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of all visitors and their guests.
