The world needs more Honest experiences:

Working as a Sous Chef at Honest isn’t easy. We hold people to high standards, believe in hard work, and taking pride in what you do and insist that everyone takes accountability for how they show up, their decisions, and their learning.

You’ll be taking on health and safety management responsibilities, and constantly seeking opportunities to coach and develop the kitchen team. So, to succeed as a Sous Chef you’ll be able to demonstrate passion, attention to detail, and creativity to create amazing team experiences, not average ones.

Fresh, never frozen:

We make British beef patties in our own butchery and rosemary chips that are cut and cooked daily from our chipping room. Every restaurant serves local beers from neighboring breweries, and many of our restaurants serve local burgers using ingredients from nearby food heroes.

Honest by Nature:

£9.30 per hour, plus tips (through TipJar)

- You have the option to receive 50% of your earnings, as you earn them. This means you won’t need to wait until payday for your money.
- If you want to learn new skills, Honest College will teach you so you can develop your career in Honest or in another industry.
- Bring up to four friends every month to any Honest Burgers. The foods on the house.
- Get paid to take your birthday off work. Or the day after, depending on how hard you plan to party.
- Craft Exchange pays you for picking up other jobs at Honest, such as signwriting, window cleaning, gardening, and there’s more being added to the list.

We want everybody applying to work at Honest to feel like they’ve had a fair chance. This means your name, age, race or gender doesn’t need to be on your CV. If you’d rather take it off, that’s cool with us.

What happens next?

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to join an honest experience morning where you’ll meet the team and find out more about life working at Honest Burgers.
