About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to take ownership of recruitment delivery and the new starter journey across our business.
This role plays a key part in ensuring we attract great people and deliver a professional, efficient onboarding experience that reflects our brand and values.
You will work closely with managers across multiple locations, managing recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to successful onboarding off our Harri ATS system, the HR Manager will complete the other elements of onboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the business.
Partner with hiring managers to understand vacancies and agree recruitment timelines.
Draft and post job adverts across appropriate recruitment platforms.
Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling.
Conduct Interviews where applicable
Support shortlisting and hiring decisions where required.
Maintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
ATS & Onboarding
Act as system owner for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding platform.
Manage onboarding workflows to ensure right-to-work checks, references, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts - all auto generated through the system
Ensure all new starters are correctly set up across HR and business systems.
Maintain accurate candidate and employee data in line with GDPR requirements.
Process Improvement
Review recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Monitor recruitment timelines and onboarding completion rates.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
Experience managing recruitment administration or coordination.
Experience using ATS or onboarding systems.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Desirable
Experience within hospitality or multi-site businesses.
Familiarity with systems such as Harri, Fourth, or similar platforms.
