Description

Are you a natural leader who loves combining excellent customer service with high energy and creativity? Honesty is looking for a skilled and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team at Honesty Horlicks Quarter, where food is made by people who care.

About the café & location
Our branch is located in Horlicks Quarter, Slough — in Clocktower Place within the iconic redevelopment of the former Horlicks factory.
Horlicks Quarter is a vibrant, mixed-use community space, combining homes, shops, artisan cafés, light-filled atriums and co-working areas, heritage architecture (including the Clocktower and factory chimney) and a strong sense of neighbourhood.

Honesty prides itself on scratch-made food, locally sourced ingredients, ethical sourcing (no palm oil) and sustainable practice. Our café offers handmade breads, pastries, breakfast, hot lunches, cakes, vegan options, comfortable seating for work or gathering, and a warm, “Manhattan-ish”, heritage-inspired fit-out.

Hours and Shifts:

Tuesdays to Saturdays (37.5 hours per week)

(Days off*** - Sunday and Monday)

Hot and cold drinks, pastries, cakes, tarts, biscuits and hot and cold seasonal dishes are served daily. All the breads, croissants and pastries are made using organic flour. Choose from sandwiches, salads, panini, hot pies, soup and other seasonal hot dishes for lunch. Traditional afternoon teas are available and most allergies are catered for.

All Honesty food is handmade in its kitchens and bakery using seasonal and wherever possible local ingredients. No artificial colourings or additives are used.

Visitors are welcome to enjoy the tea rooms without purchasing an entry to the gardens.
