Description
The quintessential Cotswold country pub, located in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Hill. With fantastic views of the Cotswolds from our hillside garden and a beautifully restored dining room makes it a wonderful for a quiet retreat for a leisurely meal, relaxing drink or even have a memorable night in one of our five sumptuous bedrooms.
Our Front of House team are team players, through and through. They’re proud of everything they do and they make sure that they’re taking pleasure in their jobs too.
Showing up and giving a sh*t is all it takes to be a great team member. We’ll teach you all the other stuff you need to know to get the job done.
We're looking for our waiting team to:
· Put our guests first
· Bring your best self to work
· Make sure everything you do is the best it can be
· Get to know our guests: who they are and what they like
· Be responsible and follow the pub’s processes to stay safe and enjoy your work
In this role we need someone with:
· A friendly face to welcome our guests
· High standards and attention to detail
· Taking pleasure in making people happy
· Their own transport to get to and from work
