What you'll do

As a Personal Assistant to the General Manager at 45 Park Lane, you will supporting the General Manager  be primarily responsible for:

  • You will be responsible for being the main point of liaison for the General Manager during their day. This will include coordinating their diary, representing the General Manager to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day 

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

You will be working Monday to Friday from 9 am till 5:30 pm.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to Hotel Manager or General Manager
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in Hotel Operations.
