The Hoste Arms, a renowned and historic inn located in the heart of Burnham Market, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Events Manager to join our dedicated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for hospitality, events, and brand development to take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Proactively drive sales across weddings, private events, and group bookings
Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee weddings and a variety of private and corporate events, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to execution
Brand & Social Media Ownership: Manage our digital presence across social platforms, maintaining and enhancing the reputation of The Hoste Arms
Client & Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and guests, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales and/or events management role, preferably within hospitality
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident using social media to promote events and engage with audiences
A strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering high standards
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus TRONC (OTE approximately £39,000)
