You’re a confident, organised Chef de Partie who:

• Has experience in a quality kitchen (gastropub or hotel a bonus!)

• Can run your own section like a boss

• Loves fresh, local ingredients

• Works well under pressure but knows how to have a laugh doing it

• Has a passion for great food and even better teamwork
