What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager for the Hoste in Burnham Market.   You’ll be supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running one of the best known hospitality businesses in North Norfolk – getting stuck into all things quality food and drink, hotel management, and events.   You’ll have fantastic leadership experience and be comfortable to run the business whilst our GM is away.  In return we will offer development towards General Manager, both in-house and through access to range of courses that will broaden your knowledge.  The ideal candidate has a GM mindset and has experience in premium hospitality venues with rooms

You should be a motivated & experienced in food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
