The role:
As the night house manager, you will oversee the hotel during night time hours, ensuring smooth
operations and conducting night audits to balance financial records. You’ll
handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest enquiries, providing
friendly and efficient reception services. Additionally, you’ll support and
train team members, sharing knowledge about hotel operations and offering
on-the-job training. Your role also involves ensuring guest satisfaction by
addressing issues promptly and maintaining hotel security. Your dedication and
expertise will help maintain our high standards of hospitality. This role will follow a 4 days on/4 days off pattern.
