Our Front of house manager role
Reporting to our Guest experience and operations manager, you’ll have line management responsibility for our wonderful guest focused team of reception hosts, house managers and night managers. Excitingly, your team look after three key front of house areas,
Previous Front of house experience at a senior or management level will mean you’re well equipped to lead and develop your team to give them all the tools they need to provide our guests with all that they need.
Handling guest complaints and dealing with emergencies should come naturally and you’ll live and breathe our core company values whilst being mindful of our impact journey where we focus on our three key themes; circular, conservation and community.
With guest operations at the heart, you’ll ensure your team are well-trained, warm, friendly, guest focussed, and our guests are cared for.
This role is full time onsite at Watergate Bay Hotel, 40 hours per week to be worked over 7 days. Shifts and days will be varied based on business need.
