Our Front of house manager role…
Reporting to our Guest Experience & Operations Manager, you’ll have line management responsibility for our wonderful guest focused team of Hosts, Reception manager, House Managers and Night Managers.
Excitingly, your team look after three key front of house areas,
Previous Front of house experience at a senior or management level will mean you’re well equipped to lead and develop your team to give them all the tools they need to provide our guests with all that they need.
Handling guest complaints and dealing with emergencies should come naturally. A warm, bright and friendly personality, whilst remaining calm on our busiest days.
With guest operations at the heart, you’ll ensure your team are well-trained, warm, friendly, guest focussed, and our guests are cared for.
This is a permanent full time onsite role at Watergate Bay Hotel, 40 hours per week to be worked over 5 days. Shifts and days will be varied based on business need.
