Dave's Hot Chicken will open it's third Treasure Valley location at 1700 W. State Street in Boise on August 20. As a local, family owned franchise, Hot Chicken Idaho, LLC is excited to hire the best people for our new Boise location. All interviews will be held at the Dave's Hot Chicken located at 3450 N. Eagle Road in Meridian, ID. Successful candidates will begin training at the Meridian location before transferring to the new location at 1700 W. State Street in August.

- Full Time Position
- Resposible and accountable for working closely with the management team to ensure that Team Members are performing specific tasks and duties assigned withnn the Restaurant, including Guest Service, Food Prep, Restaurant Cleanliness, and Teamwork.
- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, including ability to close and work weekends INCLUDING SUNDAY when needed.
- Must have previous experience as a Restaurant Shift Leader or Restaurant Manager
- Must be at least 19 years old, have reliable transportation to work, and must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating.
- Shift Leaders may be asked to submit to a background check.
All Shift Leaders will receive:
- Base wages $19 hour + pooled tips
- Uniform and 30% discount on Skecher's non-slip shoes
- Free meals when you're working and 50% off when you're not
- 50% subsidy towards Employee Health Insurance and Two weeks Paid Time Off
