JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Crew Member prepares and serves food and drinks
to customers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for
food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she
interacts with customers and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional
manner and rings guest orders, collects cash, and processes credit charges
following company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position can work a
flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent
English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills,
and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this
position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets all
customers with a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
Operates the complete POS system and other required software
Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her money drawer
Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
Takes orders, prepares and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Follows company recipes and procedures
