A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you’ll be doing...

• Work alongside our passionate Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager to create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Welcome guests warmly, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, attending to special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, upholding presentation standards and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas to maintain an inviting space.
• Prepare and serve various beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Assist with inventory and restocking to keep the dining area well-stocked.
• Uphold hygiene and health standards, ensuring a clean, compliant workspace.
• Work with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail, especially in accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-oriented, ready to support others to keep service smooth.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy times.
