The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Hotels Finance team at The Francis Hotel in Bath. This is a hands-on role at the heart of hotel operations, helping to keep our financial information accurate, our controls effective, and our teams equipped with the insight they need to understand performance.
You’ll work closely with hotel leaders and the wider Finance team across daily reconciliations, credit control, payments, reporting, and financial analysis. It’s a role that will suit someone who enjoys detail, takes ownership, and wants to make a practical contribution to the smooth running of the business.
