The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join our Hotels Finance team at The Francis Hotel in Bath. As Senior Finance Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping the financial information behind our hotel operations accurate, timely, and useful. Working closely with Hotel Operations and the wider Hotels Finance team, you’ll take ownership of key day-to-day finance processes, investigate discrepancies, and provide the financial insight and constructive challenge that helps our teams make informed decisions.
This role will suit someone who enjoys combining strong financial control with practical business partnering and who is confident taking responsibility for their work while supporting others in the team.
