As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the first customer interactions by providing a warm and engaging welcome to customers by telephone or face to face. Part of your daily routine will involve offering detailed information about the exciting escape experiences available, maintaining the reception area and assisting the team as required.

You will work efficiently, show initiative and be a team player. Exceptional customer service will be at heart of your role. You will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers.

Skills You Need

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Confidence, a positive attitude, and the ability to think on your feet.
• Enthusiasm and an open-minded approach to enhance the customer experience.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
• GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
• Must be fully and independently mobile and have access to a car with business insurance.
• Excellent spoken English skills are essential.
