The Role
We are looking for a warm, attentive, and professional Waitress/Waiter to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering the exceptional hospitality that Thyme is known for, ensuring our guests feel at home while enjoying the very best of our kitchen and estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding table service in our restaurant and dining areas

• Deliver an attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable guest experience

• Work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Share a genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn

• A passion for hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player with a positive and professional approach

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
