Head Bartender – Thyme

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar at Thyme.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in their craft. You’ll be responsible for shaping the drinks offering, maintaining exceptional service standards, and leading a small team with energy and professionalism.

OTE For this role is in the region of £38,000 pa. This includes approximate service charge element paid monthy in arrears.

• Provide outstanding table service in our restaurant and dining areas

• Deliver an attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable guest experience

• Work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
