We’re looking for a reliable, practical Handyman to support maintenance across our group of pubs.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and keeping buildings safe, functional, and looking their best. Public house group 

  •   Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 Per annum

 What you'll be doing as a Handyman: 

  •  Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across multiple pub sites.
  •  Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and decorating tasks
  •  Responding to maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
  •  Carrying out planned preventative maintenance 
  • Liaising with General managers to prioritise work
  • Identifying larger repair issues and reporting them to Head of operations. 
  • Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standard 
  • Managing tools, materials, and keeping work areas safe and tidy
  • On-Call Responsibility - Be available by phone for emergency response when required.

What we're looking for in our new Handyman:

  • Good all-round maintenance knowledge and practical skills
  • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance operative, or similar role 
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or commercial properties is an advantage
