  •  Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

What you'll be doing as an Events assistant: 

  • Supporting the Events Manager with day-to-day planning and coordination
  • Liaising with guests, suppliers, performers, and internal teams
  • Responding to event enquiries and managing bookings
  • Ensuring all event spaces are prepped and presented to a high standard
  • Providing on-the-day support to ensure smooth delivery of each event
  • Keeping event calendars, guest lists, and documentation up to date

About you, our new Events Assistant:

  • A passion for events, hospitality, and customer experience
  • Previous experience in events, admin, or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and great under pressure
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Flexible to work at all london locations.
