  •  Salary - up to £35,000 per annum + Tronc Circa £15,000 pa

What you'll be doing as an Event Manager: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to deliver successful events. 
  • Work closely with suppliers to secure the best deals and budgets needed for events. 
  • Plan, organise, and oversee private hires and corporate bookings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients looking to host special events, offering a personalised service to ensure each occasion exceeds expectations. 
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Develop budgets for each event, managing costs effectively to ensure maximum profitability. 
  • Provide post-event analysis, including attendance figures, profitability, and feedback, to inform future event planning. 

About you, our new Event Manager:

  • Proven experience in Events management, in hospitality is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure.
  • Budget management and supplier negotiation experience.
  • A flair for creativity and a passion for guest experience.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required at all london locations.
