We are seeking a professional and personable Door Person to join our front-of-house team for a high-end neighbourhood restaurant in West London.

This is not simply a door role — it is a position of presence. With elegance, intuition, and charm, you will welcome our  guests, You will be the first impression, the quiet authority, and the guardian of the atmosphere.

• Salary - up to £16.50 per hour 

• 50% off food and drink in our pubs for a table of up to 4 people

About you, our new Door person :

• Right to work in the UK & SIA licence holder
• Impeccably presented and naturally personable
• Calm, observant, and confident in a luxury hospitality environment
• Experienced in a similar role (private members’ clubs or high-end venues preferred)
• A clear communicator with strong judgement and attention to detail

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is highly advantageous
