• Experienced in hotel housekeeping, rooms, or luxury hospitality, with the confidence to supervise room attendants, support daily allocations, and keep standards consistently exceptional.
• Confident inspecting bedrooms, corridors, linen areas, and public spaces, spotting what others miss and coaching the team to get it right first time.
• Cool under pressure, sharp on room readiness, and comfortable coordinating with reception, maintenance, and the wider hotel team when the pace is electric.
