Description

Welcome to House of Gods Canary Wharf, where velvet decadence meets rock ‘n’ roll glamour.
We’re not your average hotel, and we’re not looking for average people.

We’re on the hunt for a Public Area Cleaner, someone energetic, detail-obsessed, hands-on, and proud of the spaces that make a first impression. You’ll help keep the hotel’s public areas spotless, polished, fresh, and ready for guests around the clock, working a mix of shifts including early mornings and nights to keep every corner unmistakably House of Gods.

For us, public area cleaning is the heartbeat of hotel presentation: sharp, spotless, discreet, consistent, and always a step ahead. The expectation is clear, you’ll look after guest-facing spaces, corridors, toilets, stairwells, lifts, back-of-house touchpoints, and shared areas, making sure the hotel feels immaculate from the first early arrival to the last late-night return.

This isn’t your standard cleaning role. It’s polished public spaces, fresh-smelling corridors, gleaming lifts, spotless washrooms, quick resets, early starts, night shifts, and the satisfaction of knowing the glamour works because you helped make every space shine.

You are:

  • A practical, reliable, hands-on team player who takes pride in keeping public spaces spotless, welcoming, and beautifully presented.
  • Experienced in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a fast-paced support role, with the energy to keep standards high across early and night shifts.
  • Confident cleaning and maintaining public toilets, corridors, lifts, stairwells, entrances, lounges, back-of-house areas, and guest touchpoints with speed, care, and consistency.
  • Physically fit, organised, and happy to be on the move, with an eye for detail and a genuine pride in keeping every shared space clean, safe, and guest-ready.
  • Flexible and dependable, ready to work a mix of shifts including early mornings and nights, bringing the same focus and standards whatever the hour.
  • Ready to clean, reset, restock, report, communicate, and keep House of Gods Canary Wharf looking flawless from the lobby to the last corridor.
  • A lover of luxury hospitality, bold brands, beautiful spaces, flawless service, and standards that never feel ordinary.

We offer:

  • A space built on energy, excess, and absolute style.
  • Real progression for real people.
  • Full training and leadership support.
  • 20% accommodation discount.
  • Wagestream – a financial toolkit that lets you access earned pay when you need it.
  • Tronc scheme, paid monthly.
  • Staff recognition programme.
  • Yearly staff ball.
  • A chance to be part of something truly iconic in London’s newest House of Gods.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a lifestyle. Ready to keep the public areas pristine, the standards sharp, and the atmosphere flawless across early and night shifts in London’s newest House of Gods?
