Description

Welcome to House of Gods Canary Wharf, where velvet decadence meets rock ‘n’ roll glamour.
We’re not your average hotel, and we’re not looking for average people.

We’re on the hunt for a Night Manager, someone calm under pressure, sharp with detail, confident leading through the small hours, and ready to own the hotel when the lights go low. You’ll be the steady presence overnight, looking after guests, supporting the team, handling arrivals, departures, security, reporting, and making sure every late-night moment feels seamless, safe, indulgent, and unmistakably House of Gods.

For us, night management is the quiet power behind the glamour: polished, precise, discreet, calm, fast-thinking, and relentless about standards. The expectation is clear, you’ll help drive overnight guest experience, safety, team communication, night audit, room readiness, incident handling, handovers, and operational control from day one, helping open the doors to something unforgettable.

This isn’t your standard night role. It’s late arrivals, confident decision-making, guest recovery, night audit, security checks, slick handovers, beautifully kept spaces, and an atmosphere that still hums with attitude long after midnight.

You are:

  • A natural night-time leader, calm, organised, hands-on, and confident taking ownership when the rest of the city starts to slow down.
  • Experienced in hotel front office, nights, guest services, or luxury hospitality, with the confidence to run the operation overnight and support the wider hotel team.
  • Confident handling late check-ins, early departures, guest requests, complaints, payments, night audit duties, and clear handovers for the morning team.
  • Cool under pressure, sharp on safety, security, standards, and service, and comfortable making decisions when the pace changes without warning.
  • Obsessed with guest experience and presentation, you don’t just manage the night, you protect the mood, the standards, and the first impression guests remember.
  • Ready to lead, communicate, report, resolve, reassure, and keep House of Gods Canary Wharf running beautifully through every overnight shift.
  • A lover of luxury hospitality, bold brands, beautiful spaces, flawless service, and standards that never feel ordinary.

We offer:

  • A space built on energy, excess, and absolute style.
  • Real progression for real people.
  • Full training and leadership support
  • Wagestream – a financial toolkit that lets you access earned pay when you need it.
  • Tronc scheme, paid monthly.
  • Staff recognition programme.
  • Yearly staff ball.
  • A chance to be part of something truly iconic in London’s newest House of Gods.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a lifestyle. Ready to lead the standards, polish the details, and make your mark on London’s newest House of Gods?
